Onshore, offshore - international
hi.work GmbH is the service specialist for rotor blades, towers and other components of your wind turbines. Since 1996, we have been working worldwide on rope and platforms, annually on more than 450 turbines - onshore, offshore, type-independent and under almost all site and weather conditions.
Inspection, repair, maintenance and cleaning are as much part of our service portfolio as the planning, development and implementation of maintenance concepts for wind farms and individual sites.
The largest wind turbine manufacturers are among our partners and clients, e.g.: ENERCON, Siemens Gamesa/Senvion , Nordex, GE Wind and many others.
The access technologies
Rope access
Our rope access technicians rappel directly to the work site from the turbine tower or rotor blade. They have tools or materials with them, secured against falling.
Dispensing with heavy access technology saves costs and time. Almost all work on wind turbines can be carried out quickly and flexibly.
Service platform
hi.work GmbH has several fully equipped material and tooling systems that are used exclusively for repairs to rotor blades.
Three rotor blade technicians carry out the special repairs for each drive-in system.
Hoist
For certain services, platform-based work can supplement rope access. If access from rotor blade access systems by trailer is not possible, lifting platforms are used.
